James Balletta has been the sole Owner and Broker of Lex Realty the premiere SYOSSET REAL ESTATE office since its doors opened in 1959. He can be a valuable resource in learning about Real Estate in Syosset, Woodbury, and the North Shore of Long Island as the longest active of all Syosset Real Estate Brokers.  In June of 2006, James was the first member of the Long Island Board of Realtors in its 90 year history to receive the designation of REALTOR  Emeritus for 40 years of cumulative membership in the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS .  Of the SYOSSET HOMES FOR SALE that James lists, he sells 90% of them and continues to be at the top of SYOSSET REAL ESTATE.
